About The Position

Chesapeake Systems is expanding and looking for an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Field Technician to join our growing team! This is a full-time, field-based position dispatched from home.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• Knowledge of BAS functionality and system integration
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers, laptops, and smartphones
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork mentality
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. frequently

Nice To Haves

• Journeyman License preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
• Work with cooling towers, boilers, VFDs, and automated control systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical/mechanical issues accurately
• Conduct system start-ups and ensure reliable performance
• Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and system diagrams
