Requirements

3 + years proven experience with HVAC Commercial Service, with specific expertise in refrigeration
EPA and RMGA certification preferred
Must be professional
Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test
Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming policies.
Must be able to pass a background and drug test.

Responsibilities

Works on refrigeration systems, reach-ins, walk-ins, rack systems, ice machines, A/C units, furnaces, make-up air units, boilers, chillers, and more.
Leads teams on refrigeration projects
Provides exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation process.
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment.
Collaborate with managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.
Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission
Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor
