About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Residential Senior HVAC Duct Cleaner to join our team. This role is responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining air ducts and ventilation systems in residential homes. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring clean, safe indoor air quality for homeowners.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand/power tools
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, and crawl spaces
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform manual labor for extended periods
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and assess residential HVAC duct systems for cleanliness, accessibility, and potential issues
  • Clean air ducts, registers, and HVAC components using industry-standard tools and equipment
  • Remove dust, debris, mold, and other contaminants to improve air quality and HVAC efficiency
  • Seal and insulate ducts as needed to prevent air leaks and energy loss
  • Use vacuums, brushes, blowers, and disinfectants safely and effectively
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners about the cleaning process and any concerns found
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used
  • Keep work areas and tools clean and organized
  • Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all time.
