About The Position

Fleetway’s Transition to Service department is seeking a Senior Human Systems Integration (HSI) Specialist to join the team. As a Senior HSI Specialist, you will play a critical role in integrating human considerations into system design and development to optimize performance, reduce risk, and ensure operational effectiveness throughout the system life cycle. This position oversees compliance with Human Systems Integration (HSI) and Human Factors Engineering (HFE) requirements, coordinating activities across domains such as personnel, training, safety, and workload. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in HSI and HFE who can provide strategic oversight and ensure human factors are fully integrated into complex systems.

Requirements

• Expertise in HSI and HFE.
• Ability to provide strategic oversight.
• Ability to ensure human factors are fully integrated into complex systems.
• Must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
• Must meet requirements for Canadian Government Security Clearance.
