This role offers the opportunity to have real influence over how HR operates across a growing, distributed network. You will not just be executing an existing playbook, but helping to build the one the company uses going forward, from a corporate seat with visibility across the whole organization. You will be a go-to HR advisor for regional and site leadership on workforce planning, performance, and employee relations. You will lead and coach a corporate HR Recruitment team who support field locations and own the talent acquisition strategy for the network, including hiring plans for high-volume hourly roles and site leadership positions. You will manage complex employee relations cases, including investigations, terminations, and accommodations, with consistency and sound judgment. You will also ensure FMP is compliant across multiple state and local employment laws, spot patterns across sites, and bring systemic issues back to HR leadership to fix at the root, not case by case. Additionally, you will support the rollout of new HR tools and processes, including manager self-service and training.
