About The Position

As Senior Human Resources Manager at Lower.com Field, you will be responsible for employee relations and engagement of the People who create unforgettable guest experiences. Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
• Proficient in HRIS systems and employment law

• Experience in hospitality or venue-based environments preferred

• Oversee employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
