The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for executing all day-to-day human resources activities at the facility. This role serves as the primary on site HR resource for employees and leaders, ensuring consistent implementation of HR programs, policies, and processes across the full employee life cycle. The Senior HR Generalist provides hands-on support in payroll administration, employee relations, benefits administration, staffing support, workers’ compensation, compliance, and employee engagement. This position requires a strong on-site presence in an operational environment and regular interaction with employees across multiple shifts.
