In this role, you will leverage deep business insight and advanced HR expertise to shape people strategies that accelerate performance, strengthen culture, and enable long-term organizational success. As a key partner to one or more lines of business, you will influence and guide decisions that impact team member engagement, retention, organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness.
