In this dynamic environment, UT Medicine seeks a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (SHRBP) to act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to leaders in operational, clinical, academic, and administrative roles. This position is crucial for developing workforce strategies that support organizational growth, operational efficiency, employee engagement, and fostering a high-performing culture within a complex healthcare and academic medicine setting. Reporting to Human Resources leadership, the SHRBP will collaborate with leaders across the organization to align people strategies with business objectives and build the necessary workforce infrastructure for UT Medicine's continued expansion and the future academic medical center.
