The Senior Human Resources Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to people leaders, driving business outcomes through people. This role requires an experienced HR professional with strong business acumen and the ability to influence and implement HR strategies that support our UFCU's strategic plan. This role also requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence, and leadership skills to ensure our People function supports UFCU's overall objectives as well as foster a positive employee experience at all levels of the organization. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is an exempt position and reports to the Director - People.
