About You and The Role We’re growing our Human Resources Business Partner team, and we couldn’t be more excited! This team is all about building meaningful partnerships that empower employees and leaders alike to do their best work. We’re looking for a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to work closely with Engineering senior executives and their teams. You’ll play a pivotal role as a strategic advisor—guiding leaders through complex challenges, translating data into action, and ensuring our culture grows stronger as we grow bigger.
