About The Position

The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to Fluid Management Operations leadership across the Clifton Park, NY and Shrewsbury, MA manufacturing sites. This role partners closely with site leadership to translate business objectives into people strategies that strengthen organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. This is a hands on and highly visible role requiring strong business acumen, coaching capability, and the ability to balance tactical execution with strategic thinking. The HRBP will proactively identify risks and opportunities, advise leaders through complex employee matters, and drive initiatives that improve operational performance, culture, and talent outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8 plus years Human Resources experience, preferably supporting manufacturing or operations environments
  • Experience supporting multiple locations in a matrixed organization
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills with leaders at multiple levels
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with execution
  • Experience with employee relations and investigations
  • Proven ability to lead change and improve organizational effectiveness
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capability
  • Ability to travel regularly between NY and MA sites

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership, translating business strategy into workforce, organizational, and talent actions that enable operational performance and scalability
  • Coach and influence leaders on leadership effectiveness, decision making, performance management, and navigating complex employee situations while strengthening frontline leadership capability
  • Lead organizational assessments, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews to build long term organizational capability and address future skill needs
  • Drive organizational design, role clarity, and change management initiatives in support of growth, restructuring, and operational priorities
  • Utilize data and insights to identify risks, recommend solutions, and guide leadership decisions impacting productivity, engagement, and retention
  • Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure consistent, fair application of policies while balancing compliance and business outcomes
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence to implement enterprise programs including performance, compensation, development, and engagement initiatives
  • Identify cultural trends and proactively implement actions that strengthen engagement, accountability, and a high-performance environment across both sites
  • Act as a visible HR presence within operations, building trust and credibility with leaders and employees while aligning site practices to enterprise standards
  • Drive continuous improvement of people processes and challenge existing practices to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational performance
  • Lead and support HR initiatives and projects as assigned in support of the company
