About The Position

We are seeking a senior, adaptable, and collaborative HR Business Partner to support our Support organization as we accelerate our journey in AI, change leadership, and organizational transformation. This role is a trusted advisor to Support leaders and will work in close partnership with the VP NA Talent Advisor, driving people strategies, leadership development, and workforce planning in a dynamic, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, excels at building relationships across global teams, and brings deep expertise in AI, change management, and leadership development. Exceptional communication skills and a strong team orientation are essential, as this position will require frequent collaboration with senior leadership, including the VP NA Talent Advisor, to shape a future-ready, innovative, and inclusive organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a strategic HRBP role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management, leadership development, and AI/digital transformation.
  • Experience supporting global teams, with a strong preference for exposure to delivery centers in India.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, and PE-backed environments.
  • Strong influencing, relationship-building, and executive communication skills.
  • Exceptional communicator and team player, able to collaborate closely with the VP NA Talent Advisor and other senior leaders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions and organizational design.
  • Team player with a high-touch, solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership Serve as the primary HRBP to Support leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals focused on innovation, AI adoption, and operational excellence.
  • Work closely with the VP NA Talent Advisor to ensure alignment and execution of talent strategies across the organization.
  • Provide high-touch support and counsel on leadership effectiveness, team development, and organizational needs.
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape long-term workforce and capability-building strategies.
  • Change Management & Transformation Lead and execute change management initiatives to support new ways of working, technology adoption, and organizational transformation.
  • Coach leaders and teams through periods of change, ensuring readiness, engagement, and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with internal communications and project teams for seamless rollout of change initiatives.
  • Leadership Development Design and deliver leadership development programs that foster high-performing, inclusive, and psychologically safe teams.
  • Support leaders in building a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.
  • Facilitate talent calibration, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
  • AI & Future Skills Champion the integration of AI and digital capabilities within the Support team.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning teams to identify skill gaps, reskilling needs, and future workforce requirements.
  • Support recruitment and development of talent for AI, data, and technology-focused roles.
  • Global Collaboration Build and reinforce global collaboration models, optimizing workflows and talent distribution across regions.
  • Partner with delivery centers (including India) to enhance efficiency, alignment, and delivery quality.
  • Culture , Belonging, & Employee Experience Promote a culture of inclusion, psychological safety, and employee engagement.
  • Act as a role model for teamwork, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Private Equity Environment Navigate the demands of a PE-backed organization, supporting value creation, operational rigor, and transformation programs.
  • Partner with finance and leadership on organizational metrics, cost optimization, and efficiency programs.
