The Opportunity As a Human Experience Business Partner, you’ll step into a highly visible role where your work directly shapes the future of our people and culture. Y ou’ll support our Sales & Marketing organization both strategically and operational ly, acting as a trusted advisor, change agent, and coach to our people leaders. You’ll partner wit h E xecutives and P eople L eaders, helping to align people strategy with business goals while ensuring our employees have an exceptional workplace experience. Reporting to our Director of Human Experience Business Partners in Dublin, you’ll be part of a global team that is collaborative, forward-thinking, and passionate about making work a place where people feel energized and supported. This is a hybrid role which requires at least 3 days a week onsite in our (brand new!) Framingham, MA office Applicants must have valid permanent work authorization in the U.S. (e.g., U.S. citizen, permanent resident). We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. What we can offer you In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Build strong relationships with people leaders across multiple functional areas and act as their trusted advisor in helping to align HR strategy with business goals. Lead the design and execution of the people strategy for Sales & Marketing, championing culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Influence and drive organizational design & effectiveness, workforce planning, and the talent strategy ensuring we have the right capability to deliver business goals. Partner with our Centres of Excellence to deliver innovative HR programs that enhance employee experience and business performance. Drive learning and leadership development, working closely with leaders and our Talent Development Centre of Excellence, to build a culture of high performance and continuous growth. Provide day/day tactical support to employees and people leaders through effective coaching and mentoring and manage industrial relations/employee relations issues. Use data and insights to guide better decisions, measuring the impact of HR initiatives on culture, performance, and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Influence & Communication : strong presence with the ability to gain trust, challenge thinking, and inspire action.
  • Strategic Mindset & Business Acumen: ability to understand the business and demonstrate strategic and innovative thinking and execution.
  • Data Driven : l everage analytics to enhance decision making and showcase the impact and ROI of HR initiatives on business results.
  • Organizational Design & Effectiveness : a bility to advise and inform org design principles, projects and change programs across the business areas you support.
  • Coaching Mindset : ability to mentor leaders, fostering growth in both leadership capability and team performance.
  • Degree or Master’s in HR/Business or equivalent depth of HR experience, with relevant HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) desirable.
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth, fast-paced , agile environment
  • Self-directed and comfortable working independently while staying connected across a global team.
