Requirements

3+ years of Experience as a strategic HR Business Partner or a blend of operations and HR.
Experience supporting large non-exempt employee groups (150+ employees)
Broad HR expertise, including employee relations, compensation, performance management, and employment law, with preferred experience in investigations, coaching, employee development and training, project and change management, and HR data analysis.

Nice To Haves

Technical proficiencies: with Workday, UltiPro (Ultimate Software), SmartRecruiters, Relias, Microsoft Office, and other HRIS, ATS, or LMS platforms.
Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Human Resources
Additional credentials in Coaching, Mediation, or Project Management (PMP, CAPM) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Build strong, trusted relationships with managers and employees across your business units.
Partner with operations to understand goals and challenges, translating them into actionable HR strategies.
Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, investigations, and team development.
Support organizational change initiatives, growth planning, and workforce development efforts.
Collaborate with HR peers to ensure consistent, proactive, and solution-oriented communication.
Contribute to data-driven HR insights; using metrics and reports to guide business decisions.
Lead onboarding and professional orientation for new leaders, ensuring they feel connected, informed, and ready to succeed.

Benefits

Compensation: from $34 to $35 an hour.
Work Environment: On-site for the first 90 days, then transitions to a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Work Schedule: Typically, 8 AM – 5 PM PST, flexibility available; some travel required, 10% of the time to the Everett and Tacoma area.
