About The Position

The Senior HR Business Partner (Senior HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and assigned business units, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational success. This role leads and executes people strategies that enhance organizational performance, foster a high-performance culture, and prepare the workforce for future challenges. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure HR initiatives align with organizational priorities and assist with delivery of HR initiatives. The Senior HRBP provides actionable insights on workforce trends, talent strategies, and organizational design, enabling leaders to make informed decisions and drive outcomes. Leveraging HR metrics and analytics, this role equips leadership with data-driven insights, measures HR initiative effectiveness, and drives continuous improvement. Additionally, the Senior HRBP influences change by guiding leaders through change management efforts, assessing impacts, developing communication plans, and supporting transformations with a hands-on approach. This position oversees employee relations investigations and resolves complex matters with integrity, professionalism, and alignment to company values. Partnering with leaders, the Senior HRBP fosters a positive, inclusive work environment, ensures compliance with labor laws, and champions engagement strategies that strengthen alignment between associates and organizational goals. The HRBP also manages the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, to ensure smooth transitions and provide insights for organizational improvement. A key driver of talent management, the Senior HRBP partners with leaders to implement succession planning, leadership development, talent reviews, and career pathing to build a strong talent pipeline. By addressing talent gaps, facilitating performance management processes, and influencing retention strategies, the Senior HRBP empowers leaders to achieve results while fostering associate development and long-term success.As a leader within the HR function, the Senior HRBP mentors junior HR professionals, enhances team effectiveness, and fosters a collaborative culture. This role spearheads HR initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, best practices, and strategic objectives, while equipping leadership to advance cultural and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar capacity
