About The Position

Oversee and ensure legal compliance throughout all employee relations activities, including training, investigations, decision-making processes and follow through. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety Quality Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1st strategy. Provide leadership that embodies our 7 Manufacturing High Performance Work System principles. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Requirements

• Senior Human Resource leadership experience
• Experience in legal compliance for employee relations
• Experience in training, investigations, and decision-making processes
• Knowledge of Safety Quality Reliability (SQR) principles
• Understanding of Customer 1st strategy
• Leadership skills embodying High Performance Work System principles
• Demonstration of core values: respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
