Under the direction of the HR Director or HR Manager, the Human Resources Generalist Senior is responsible for more complex and strategic HR initiatives while overseeing core HR functions such as employee relations, recruitment, and talent management. This role often serves as an advisor to leadership and plays a larger role in the development and execution of HR policies and strategies. This position will also partner with supervisors and employees by providing full generalist support. The ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with all layers of the organization will be key to the success of this role. This position may plan and administer corporate events, employee orientation and employee engagement activities.
