About The Position

Our client, a healthcare related company in Northern NJ, is searching for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP). Reporting to the CHRO, in this role you will partner with senior leaders and their teams as a trusted, proactive HR advisor. You will provide coaching and counsel on performance management, employee development, and organizational effectiveness. This role also supports workforce planning and organizational design, manages employee relations, and is involved in the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and processes, ensuring compliance. Additionally, you will participate in HRIS evaluation and implementation initiatives, design and facilitate L&D programs with a focus on practical skill-building and measurable impact, and build and deliver resources such as toolkits, coaching frameworks, and communication guides. You will support people-side workstreams for post-acquisition integration, including role mapping, cultural assessment, and compensation harmonization. You will also partner with the CHRO on compensation benchmarking, job architecture, and total rewards internal equity and market alignment, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on critical searches, providing HRBP perspective on candidate assessment, offer strategy, and onboarding.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with meaningful time in a Senior HRBP/Senior Generalist role supporting businesses in media, healthcare, digital health, or professional services.
  • Strong employee relations expertise
  • Experience in HR policy development, compliance, and building or strengthening HR infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience designing/delivering management development and learning programs
  • Solid understanding of comp principles and experience supporting total rewards programs
  • Change management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with PE is a plus
  • Exposure to M&A integration from the HR perspective
  • Experience with HRIS implementation or platform transitions
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification
