About The Position

The incumbent oversees the Human Resources function for the region. The Sr. HR Business Partner provides leadership, guidance, and counsel to the company’s field operations on company policies involving associate relations, compliance issues such as EEO, RIF’s, office closures, safety, health, and worker’s compensation matters. Coordinates, develops, and administers policies and procedures. Requirements

  • Senior level HR experience.
  • Experience in associate relations.
  • Knowledge of compliance issues (EEO, RIF’s, office closures, safety, health, worker’s compensation).
