The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is a highly experienced, strategic HR leader who partners with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce performance, and sustainable business outcomes. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and judgment, applying advanced HR expertise, deep business acumen, and cross‑functional insight to address complex people and organizational challenges. The Senior HRBP works on issues requiring in‑depth analysis, evaluation of variable factors, and the application and adaptation of advanced HR concepts and practices. The role serves as a trusted advisor, frequently guiding leaders and peers on complex matters, influencing outcomes through credibility and persuasion, and contributing to the evolution of Redwood’s people frameworks during periods of growth and transformation. Success in this role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is primarily performed in an office or hybrid environment, with three+ days onsite presence based on business needs.
