About The Position

Under the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role provides direction and support to employees and leaders in carrying out HR initiatives and deliverables. The Senior HR Business Partner partners with other HRBPs as the first point of contact for employees and leaders, and collaborates with the HR team on recruitment, Benefits Administration, and leave management. This role supports other HRBPs by covering work during absences and shares experience and knowledge regarding Employee/Labor relations, employment, talent acquisition, leave management, and internal client services. The position routinely meets with assigned Client Leaders to understand department operations and develop Human Resources services. The Senior HR Business Partner serves as an educator when introducing new processes, technologies, or HR initiatives, and provides mentorship and coaching to peer HR Business Partners. This role also assists with enterprise-wide initiatives. Due to the sensitive nature of the data handled, utmost discretion and confidentiality are required.

Requirements

  • BA/BS required.
  • Four to six years recent Human Resources employment experience with full-service HR experience supporting multiple departments / service lines of business required.
  • Proficient in MS Office to include Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Proficiency with UKG or other Payroll systems required.
  • Ability to quickly learn new computer applications and systems.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management skills and attention to detail required.
  • Demonstrates discretion/confidentiality in the course of performing duties.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
