About The Position

Appian is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support its Corporate organizations, including Business Technology, Finance, Legal, Strategy, and the People Team. This role is crucial as these teams are central to Appian's operations, making it one of the most influential HRBP positions within the company. Reporting to the VP of HR, the successful candidate will collaborate directly with senior leaders on critical areas such as organizational design, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, succession, and change management. This position is based at Appian's headquarters in McLean, Virginia, and requires a commitment to in-office collaboration five days a week to foster the company's culture of shared ideas and teamwork.
