About The Position

Prolific is seeking a Senior Human Data Operations Partner, AI to manage the operational delivery of human data for a strategic AI customer. This role involves working closely with the Human Data Operations Team and customer-facing teams to ensure the right participants are available, verified, and ready to work. The position requires managing participant pools, running operational projects, tracking supply and quality, and resolving issues. Additionally, the role involves identifying areas for process improvement and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to scale successful processes. This is a hands-on position encompassing project management, participant operations, data analysis, and cross-functional problem-solving.

Requirements

5+ years proven experience in human data, AI data, workforce, marketplace operations or a similar environment.
Experience managing complex projects or operational programmes with multiple stakeholders and changing requirements.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with good attention to detail.
Experience managing or improving participant, workforce or supply operations, including onboarding, verification, quality or activation.
Comfortable working with operational data and metrics to identify problems and track performance.
Experience improving processes and working with Product, Engineering or other technical teams to make operations more efficient and scalable.
Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across operational and technical teams.
Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of problems and seeing them through to resolution.
Familiarity with AI/ML data operations, such as data labelling, annotation, evaluation or domain-specific task curation.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with global crowdsourcing, gig-economy or other distributed workforce platforms is a plus.
Understanding of Prolific's platform and human data operations.

Responsibilities

Turn customer requirements into clear operational plans, workflows and timelines.
Manage the delivery of participant supply for the account, working closely with the Human Data Operations Team and Delivery teams.
Build and maintain participant pools based on requirements such as skills, geography, language, verification and availability.
Manage participant onboarding, verification and activation for domain experts and AI taskers.
Track participant supply, engagement and quality, and take action when performance or coverage is off track.
Lead operational projects from planning through to delivery, coordinating the teams and stakeholders involved.
Create and maintain project documentation, workflows and enablement materials.
Identify manual processes and operational bottlenecks and work with Product and Engineering to improve or automate them.
Support upskilling, assessment and certification programmes for participants working on complex AI tasks.
Act as a day-to-day operational point of contact for delivery teams on participant-related requirements and issues.
Flag supply gaps, risks and other issues to help drive them to resolution.
Share knowledge and good practice across HD Ops and support other team members on complex projects.
