About The Position

The Senior HubSpot Administrator will serve as Young’s subject matter expert for all things HubSpot, ensuring the platform is optimized to support sales, and customer success teams. This role combines technical expertise with strategic vision to streamline robust workflows, enhance data integrity, and drive automation that accelerates growth. The administrator will lead platform governance, implement best practices, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure HubSpot meets our evolving commercial operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience within an operations department and at least 4 years as a system administrator supporting custom applications and objects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives concurrently.
  • Demonstrates ability to find common ground between user requirements, scope, and platform capabilities, and respectfully challenge ideas in the spirit for continuous improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM integrations, APIs, and data flows.
  • Hands-on leadership solution design and architectural experience.

  • HubSpot certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary system administrator for HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Service Hubs).
  • Manage user roles, permissions, security, and system configuration.
  • Maintain data hygiene, integrations, and workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Design, implement, and optimize workflows, sequences, and automation processes.
  • Evaluate and configure HubSpot features to align with business objectives.
  • Identify and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to align HubSpot to business needs.
  • Support campaign execution with list building, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Ensure integration between HubSpot and other business tools (CRM, analytics, etc.).
  • Build, maintain, and deliver dashboards and reports for leadership.
  • Track key KPIs for marketing, sales, and customer engagement.
  • Provide insights that inform business strategy and execution.
  • Establish and enforce data management standards and compliance policies.
  • Manage system upgrades, migrations for new M&A add-ons, and integrations between other applications.
  • Train and mentor team members on HubSpot usage.
  • Stay current on HubSpot updates, industry trends, and emerging tools.
