About The Position

We’re Cart.com, one of the fastest growing commerce enablement companies in the world. We provide the digital and physical infrastructure that empowers thousands of leading B2C, B2B and public sector organizations to unify commerce operations from product discovery to product delivery. We’re building toward a world where commerce has no bounds. • Exposure to government or regulated sales motions

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall HubSpot platform architecture across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs.
  • Design, build, and optimize advanced workflows for lead capture, scoring, routing, lifecycle management, and nurturing.
  • Configure and maintain custom objects, properties, pipelines, and automation to support evolving GTM needs.
  • Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to align HubSpot functionality with demand generation, ABM, and sales enablement strategies.
  • Manage and troubleshoot integrations with downstream systems (e.g., CRM, data warehouse, enrichment and attribution tools).
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into funnel performance, attribution, and revenue metrics.
  • Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and compliance with governance and privacy standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, opt-in management).
  • Document processes, enforce naming conventions, and establish best practices for system usage and change management.
