About The Position

The Senior HSEQQ Manager provides senior HSEQ leadership across Ramboll Americas’ EPC/EPCM project portfolio, supporting safe delivery of engineering, procurement, construction management, commissioning, and turnover activities. The role establishes consistent HSEQ governance, aligns contractors and project teams, supports high-risk work planning, and enables effective execution across multiple concurrent projects. It combines portfolio-level strategic leadership with practical, field-based support and requires substantial experience in large-scale EPC/EPCM construction environments. The role serves as the primary HSEQ advisor to Project Directors and EPC/EPCM leadership teams, develops scalable standards and processes, and translates Ramboll’s HSEQ program into project-level expectations and practices. It defines HSEQ structures, roles, responsibilities, interfaces, and execution plans; supports construction readiness; and aligns requirements across clients, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. The manager provides governance and assurance for risk management, high-risk work controls, incident response, regulatory compliance, audits, and performance reporting. Through site visits, leadership engagement, coaching, and stakeholder coordination, the role promotes accountability, proactive safety behaviours, learning, and continuous improvement. Regular travel to project locations is required. A remote option is available, and applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
