Senior HRIS Analyst

We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst with experience in HR systems configuration, business process design, and data/reporting. You will be part of an HR Technology team responsible for optimizing and supporting HR systems. You will be involved in system configuration, stakeholder collaboration, and reporting/analytics development. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in Workday configuration, requirements gathering, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in configuration of HRIS or ERP systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HRIS / ERP experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience configuring Workday
- Experience translating business requirements into system solutions
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Project and process management experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Deep understanding of HR processes across HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, PTO, and Talent.
- Knowledge of HR data governance, security frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Understanding of end-to-end business process design and optimization.
- Proven ability to gather and translate complex business requirements into scalable HRIS solutions.
- Experience leading full lifecycle implementations, including requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities within integrated HR systems.
- Expertise in designing reporting strategies, including dashboards and HR analytics.
- Advanced Workday configuration experience.
- Strong understanding of cross-functional system integrations.
- Advanced reporting and data analysis capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency utilizing formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data modeling.
- Experience managing system releases and feature adoption cycles.
