The City of Kent is seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Senior HRIS Analyst to support and enhance our Workday Human Capital Management system. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted technical expert and strategic partner—configuring system functionality, improving business processes, and delivering high-quality analytical insights that help drive informed decision-making across the organization. As a member of our HRIS team, you’ll work independently on complex system initiatives, collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments, and provide advanced consultation on HR technology capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in public or business administration, human resources management, information systems, or a closely related field, along with five (5) years of progressively responsible experience supporting Human Resources Information Systems, including configuration and administration of enterprise HR platforms such as Workday. A candidate who possesses most but not all of the qualifications above may be brought in at the level of an HRIS Analyst rather than a Senior HRIS Analyst.
