About The Position

Members of our human resources (referred to at Johnsonville as “Member Services”), office support, and administrative assistant teams—including executive assistants and other key support roles—play a vital part in both big picture strategy and day-to-day operations. These teams are also responsible for recruiting, building, and developing a talented and diverse workforce. From supporting effective meetings and coordinating executive calendars to negotiating vendor contracts and designing programs in health and wellness, compensation, finance, and development, their contributions are essential to helping the organization achieve its goals.Position OverviewResponsibilitiesReporting, Dashboards & People Analytics•    Build, maintain and optimize SuccessFactors reports and People Analytics Stories, while developing integrated Power BI dashboards that unify HR data into real time insights, interactive visualizations, and self service analytics for HR and business leaders.•    Deliver reporting and insights related to labor utilization, overtime, staffing levels, attendance, productivity, and workforce trends.•    Perform basic trend analysis, time series analysis, and data segmentation to identify patterns in staffing, retention, workforce costs, and other key HR indicators.•    Conduct cost benefit and impact analyses on HR policy changes, evaluating financial, operational, and workforce implications to inform leadership decisions and ensure data driven policy implementation.•    Present analytical findings to large audiences and senior leaders, delivering clear data narratives, visual summaries, and recommended actions to support strategic and operational decision making. Data Quality, Governance & Integrity•    Conduct routine data quality checks, audits, and validations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all HR systems and reporting environments.•    Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, working with HR partners, IT and Finance as needed.•    Recommend and help implement improvements to data governance processes and data standards. Cross Functional Partnership (IT, Finance, Operations)•    Collaborate closely with IT to align on best practices and maximize the effectiveness of data analytics platforms.•    Support labor forecasting, workforce planning processes and cost analysis through reliable data models and reporting tools.•    Partner with operations and business leaders to understand reporting requirements and develop scalable, practical reporting solutions.•    Provide end user support by troubleshooting system or reporting questions and offering guidance on report usage. Compliance, Regulatory & External Reporting•    Support compliance and regulatory reporting needs, including EEO/EEO 1, ACA, benefits related reporting, workforce grant programs, and other statutory requirements.•    Assist in maintaining accurate data for government filings, audit requests, and external reporting obligations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field required.
  • 4+ years of experience in Reporting and Analytics preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
  • Experience presenting data insights to senior leaders.
  • Strong background in data management, metrics, and workforce analytics.
  • Experience collaborating cross functionally.
  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors HRIS modules and reporting tools.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, modeling).
  • Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or SuccessFactors Stories).
  • Understanding of HR data structures, HR process flows, and HR systems integrations.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree or HR/Analytics certifications preferred.
  • Experience supporting HR processes such as talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, or organizational management preferred.
