About the Role: The Sr HRIS Analyst is responsible for HR data management and organization , reporting, and data flow . The role will have a customer service mindset in efforts to support cross-functional groups and will build and foster relationships across the company. Transdev’s primary employee database is ADP Enterprise Version 5 . The role will support the HRIS Manager in the management and training of the HRIS team, end-user support and training of business process owners , and will be a primary source for data requests and complex reporting needs.
