The Senior HRIS Analyst is a strategic partner in advancing the associate experience and operational excellence through HR technology. This role leads complex Workday initiatives, drives cross-functional collaboration, and provides expert-level support across multiple HR systems and modules, including HCM, talent, compensation, payroll, and benefits. Our HR systems (Workday and Smart Recruiters) and modules include human capital management, absence, timekeeping, talent, learning, compensation, payroll, and benefits.
