Requirements

  • SAP SuccessFactors configuration, analysis and support - Various modules, including but not limited to Recruiting, Employee Central, Compensation, Performance and goals, Succession and RBP etc
  • 3-5 years of HRIS experience, including leading projects or implementations
  • Support and manage Success Factors upgrade releases
  • Innovative problem-solving skills and open to learning new technologies
  • HRIS project leadership and implementation
  • Strong ability to complete and present root cause analysis
  • Advanced Excel and reporting tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration across teams
  • Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to mentor and train others
  • Positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities/projects by using methodologies and tools such as excel, Cherwell, etc

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and configuration specialist for HR systems including SuccessFactors modules, specifically for Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance and Goals, Succession and Role Based Permissions (RBP)
  • Lead HRIS projects and SuccessFactors implementations
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Provide mentorship to junior analysts and support change management efforts
  • Perform advanced reporting and data analysis to support business decisions
  • Drive data integrity and governance through audits and validation processes
  • Research and assess system releases and upgrades, recommending improvements across HRIS systems including but not limited to SuccessFactors, Visier, Docebo etc
  • Build and follow established processes consistently while identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Demonstrate leadership by driving initiatives, influencing outcomes, and fostering accountability
  • Drive HRIS tool utilization across organization, conduct UAT, Training etc
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture by being organized, proactive, and solution-focused
