As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding Revolutionaries in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Senior HRIS Analyst with deep Workday expertise to shape and scale our HR technology ecosystem. In this role, you will move beyond day-to-day system support to play a strategic part in translating business and people strategy into well-designed Workday solutions that enable growth, efficiency, and exceptional employee experiences. The Senior HRIS Analyst will partner closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize Workday functionality, support enterprise initiatives, and ensure data integrity, compliance, and an exceptional end-user experience. This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of HR technology implementation methodologies. This role will serve as a subject matter expert across Workday Core HCM, Learning, and Talent & Performance, supporting both operational excellence and strategic HR initiatives.
