Kleinfelder's Corporate Services team is looking for a Sr. HR Manager to join the East Division. This is a hybrid position based in the Boston, MA office, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office. The role reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and is responsible for collaborating with Division Leadership to foster a culture of professionalism and excellence. The position involves designing and implementing new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve business objectives, productivity, and HR development within the company. The Sr. HR Manager must be able to engage at all organizational levels, maintain high levels of integrity, professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality, and partner with corporate recruiters and other Divisional HR Business Partners to ensure regulatory compliance and recruitment efficiency. A hands-on approach is essential, along with the ability to monitor employee engagement and provide guidance on career development, performance conversations, compensation, and training programs. Responsibilities also include managing employee relations, investigating issues, and responding to EEOC legal responses, as well as writing investigative reports. This position requires a valid driver's license and may involve up to twenty percent (20%) travel.
