About The Position

This is not a behind-the-scenes HR role. This is a visible, relationship-driven position where you’ll partner closely with leaders and employees to shape culture, navigate challenges, and support a high-performing workforce. The role blends strategic partnership with hands-on execution — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and meaningful connection with the business.

Requirements

5–7 years of progressive HR experience
Strong background in employee relations and leader coaching
Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance
Experience in fast-paced operational environments such as distribution, logistics, manufacturing, retail, or healthcare
Ability to build credibility and partnerships at all levels
Bachelor’s degree required (HR or Business preferred)
Most importantly, you bring strong judgment, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting people and leaders.

Nice To Haves

SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP a plus
Multi-site experience preferred

Responsibilities

Serving as a trusted partner to site leadership and employees
Navigating employee relations matters with sound judgment and emotional intelligence
Coaching leaders through performance conversations and people challenges
Supporting a high-performance culture aligned with PFX values
Ensuring compliance while keeping HR practical, balanced, and human
Managing key processes including ADA, leave administration, and Workers’ Compensation
Driving engagement, recognition, and retention efforts
Partnering with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs
Owning core HR operations and documentation
Using data and trends to recommend proactive solutions
