•$80,000 - $130,000•Hybrid

About The Position

The Senior HR Generalist provides experienced, on-the-ground Human Resources support across AMER, with a strong focus on execution, employee experience, and regional compliance. The role is the primary HR presence for employees and managers, delivering employee lifecycle activities, immigration coordination, and people programs under the direction and governance of the HR Manager. Strategic decisions, employee relations outcomes, and legal accountability remain with HR leadership. This is an individual contributor position with a high degree of autonomy in execution; it does not have people-management or final decision-making authority. The role supports employees and managers across the United States and Canada, including routine employee relations and policy guidance, leave and benefits administration, workplace accommodations, payroll inputs, learning and development, and regional people initiatives. It also coordinates immigration and work authorization matters with employees, managers, and external advisors, maintaining accurate records and escalating complex or high-risk matters. The position is hybrid and based in a local Nintex office. The stated US target compensation range is $80,000–$130,000 annually; on-target compensation refers to base salary and applicable variable target. Final base pay depends on factors including location, qualifications, and seniority.
