Lead Investigations & Compliance: Conducting investigations and advising leadership on legislative requirements will safeguard organizational integrity and reduce risk. Develop Talent & Processes: By leading training needs assessments, mentoring junior HR generalists, and driving HR process improvements, you’ll elevate both people capability and HR effectiveness.
