We are looking for a talented Senior HR Generalist to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our location, Plainfield, IN.   • Enhance Communication Across Cultures - Deliver clear, effective verbal and written communications to a multilingual workforce (Spanish, French, Yoruba, Haitian Creole, Burmese); bilingual proficiency strongly preferred.
  • Serve as Primary HR Contact - Act as the first point of contact for employees, addressing routine HR inquiries and providing guidance.
  • Ensure Compliance - Oversee adherence to all regulatory requirements, company policies, and HR standards.
  • Support Talent Acquisition - Track and monitor open positions, assisting with recruitment activities to maintain staffing levels.
  • Manage New Hire Experience - Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Drive Internal Communications - Draft, distribute, and manage HR communications to employees across the site.
  • Deliver HR Reporting- Prepare and maintain accurate HR reports for both business and HR leadership use.
  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
