The Role As our Senior HR Generalist, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for the site and be the go-to partner for employees and managers on everything from employee relations and orientation to benefits and compliance. You'll hold a seat on our D10 leadership team, drive people-side rocks through EOS, and chair the One Baerlocher committee. In short: you'll shape who joins us and what it feels like to work here.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or the experience to match.
  • 5–7+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, including at least 2 years owning full-cycle recruiting.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment law: EEO, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, and I-9/E-Verify.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers across exempt and non-exempt populations, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment with confidential information and build credibility with everyone from the production floor to senior leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
  • EOS experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and the pipeline metrics that keep it honest.
  • Day-to-day generalist support across employee relations, performance coaching, leave administration (FMLA, ADA, short-term disability), and HRIS accuracy.
  • New-hire orientation and onboarding, plus the benefits broker relationship, open enrollment, monthly benefits meetings, and HR Office Hours.
  • Compliance across EEO, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, and I-9/E-Verify, with records that hold up and policies that stay current.
  • Site culture and engagement as chair of the One Baerlocher committee, and a seat on the D10 team driving HR rocks to completion.
