Pariveda is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our Care & Support Operations & Compliance team in our Dallas office. In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day execution of key HR programs — like onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and total rewards—while partnering closely with our consultants and leaders across the firm. You’ll blend detail-oriented process ownership with a people-first mindset, using data, systems, and relationships to deliver a smooth employee experience and continuously improve how our HR operations run.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources or employee-facing role
  • People-first, service-oriented mindset with experience supporting employees and leaders
  • Strong time management across recurring cycles and multiple deadlines
  • Clear ownership and follow-through, using task management tools to track and deliver work
  • High attention to detail with strong data and documentation accuracy
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an adaptable style
  • Demonstrated judgment and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Eagerness to learn and grow, bringing a growth mindset, and willingness to lean into the discomfort of change
  • Curious, process-minded approach with an interest in improving how work gets done
  • Experience working in HRIS and with Microsoft 365 suite, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Social media management platforms (preferably Oktopost)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or comparable experience

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day HR operations so employees receive timely, accurate support at every stage of their journey.
  • Lead the operational side of onboarding so new hires have a clear, organized, and welcoming experience from offer through their first weeks.
  • Execute offboarding processes to ensure departures are smooth, compliant, and handled with care for both employees and leaders.
  • Maintain high-quality HR data and records, keeping our systems, files, and HR resources accurate, organized, and easy to navigate.
  • Support and run key compliance and policy programs (like handbook updates, training cycles, and labor law requirements) that keep our people informed and protected.
  • Coordinate promotions, role changes, and internal moves across systems and workflows so career transitions feel seamless and well-communicated.
  • Help shape and deliver recognition and milestone programs that celebrate anniversaries, achievements, and appreciation moments across the firm.
  • Support total rewards and leave programs so employees understand and can easily access their benefits, time off options, and related HR processes.
  • Contribute to the evolution of HR programs and tools by identifying pain points, suggesting changes, and helping pilot new ways of working.
  • Other ad-hoc HR Operations projects and duties as assigned.

  • Transparent and Equitable Salary. The salary range for this position is $59,000 - $64,900 annually. Actual salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
