NEP is seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Global Connected Solutions business. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leadership across multiple regions to align people strategies with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, and support a high-performing global workforce. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role will play a key part in shaping talent strategy, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational transformation initiatives across a dynamic international environment.
