As a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will work closely with senior leadership to drive HR strategies that align with business objectives. You will support workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and talent development to enhance organizational effectiveness. By acting as a trusted advisor, you will help foster a high-performance culture, driving engagement, retention, and compliance across corporate functions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HRBP or similar roles and companies.
  • Expertise in talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR practices with company goals.
  • Experience managing HR processes in 24/7 warehouse or distribution operations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Flexibility to various shifts, based on business need.
  • Familiarity with labor law, OSHA, and wage/hour compliance in shift-based workforces.
  • Proven ability to influence and coach frontline managers.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with corporate and warehouse leaders to develop and implement HR strategies.
  • Drive workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational design.
  • Lead performance management, compensation, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with global HR policies and labor regulations.
  • Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
