Ascend HR Corp | HR Maximizer is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support Legacy Community Health in Houston, Texas. This is a full-time temporary assignment for an experienced HR professional who can step into a fast-paced healthcare environment and provide strong partnership to leaders. This role is designed for an HR Business Partner who operates as a strategic advisor to leadership — someone who can influence decision-making, guide leaders through complex people challenges, and support organizational effectiveness across a multi-site healthcare environment. In this role, you will serve as a trusted HR partner supporting a designated group of clinics within an assigned Houston-area service region. The successful candidate will bring strong employee relations experience, sound judgment, healthcare HR knowledge, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. While this role includes hands-on support, the primary focus is partnering with leaders to drive business outcomes and influence decisions — not just executing HR processes. This is not a transactional HR or HRIS-focused role. While employee relations and compliance are part of the position, the primary focus is strategic partnership with leadership and influencing business decisions.
