As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, driving people strategies that support business growth, organizational effectiveness, and workforce performance. You will partner with leadership to develop and implement initiatives focused on talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, organizational design, change management, and workforce planning. Acting as a trusted consultant, you will provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, leadership development, performance management, and organizational challenges. In addition, you will lead and develop a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services and consistent execution of people programs. The successful candidate will combine strong business acumen with deep HR expertise to influence decision-making and deliver impactful people solutions. As a proactive change agent, you will anticipate workforce needs, leverage people analytics to inform strategy, and collaborate across HR Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role requires exceptional relationship-building, leadership, and consulting skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels while strengthening organizational culture, employee engagement, retention, and business performance. This position is based in our Houston office and follows a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week.
