The Human Resources Division is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP). This role oversees HR programs that support the implementation and execution of human resources strategies within assigned Laboratory organizations under general supervision. The HRBP ensures a clear understanding of Laboratory needs and objectives and proactively resolves HR and business issues. This position provides consultation, facilitation, and execution support in areas such as talent management and employee relations. As a strategic partner, the HRBP serves as a liaison with organizational leaders to deliver HR solutions in partnership with core HR functions.
