The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for CHGi serves as the deputy to the Chief People Officer (CPO), providing HR support across CHGi and the U.S. business units (BU). This role plays a critical part in executing the organization’s people strategy, strengthening organizational capability, driving continuous improvement and cultural excellence, and ensuring that HR initiatives directly support mission-critical business objectives. The Senior HRBP partners closely with the CPO, BU leadership teams, HR teams and cross functional teams to deliver high impact solutions across talent management, organizational development, employee relations, benefit and regulatory compliance, workforce planning, and employee engagement that maximize the effectivity of the function across the U.S. and ensure alignment with Corporate initiatives. This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
