About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to leaders across key functions at Euna. In this role, you’ll translate business priorities into people strategies that strengthen leadership capability, improve team performance, and support organizational growth. This is a highly collaborative role that combines strategic partnership, coaching, and hands-on HR execution. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to drive talent development, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement across the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience supporting senior leaders as an HR Business Partner
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in Canada and/or the U.S.
  • Experience influencing leaders and managing complex employee relations situations
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using HRIS systems and people data to support decision-making

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a PE-backed, high-growth, or SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with public sector or government-facing technology businesses
  • Experience supporting go-to-market or customer success organizations

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Partnership Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals
  • Advise on workforce planning, organizational design, and team effectiveness
  • Use people data and insights to inform leadership decisions around talent, engagement, and performance
  • Talent Management & Leadership Development Support performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, and development planning
  • Identify leadership and high-potential talent across teams
  • Partner with Learning & Development to implement leadership and professional development initiatives
  • Facilitate talent calibration, succession planning, and promotion discussions
  • Employee Relations & Manager Support Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on workplace matters
  • Provide guidance on performance concerns, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
  • Lead investigations and ensure fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes
  • Organizational Effectiveness Support change management initiatives including reorganizations, leadership transitions, and team restructuring
  • Help leaders build high-performing, engaged teams
  • Analyze employee engagement feedback and partner with leaders on action plans
  • HR Program Execution Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Recruiting, Compensation, L&D, Benefits) to deliver programs effectively
  • Ensure alignment with company policies and employment laws across Canada and the U.S.
  • Support rollout and adoption of company-wide people initiatives
  • Talent Acquisition Partnership Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to define role requirements and guide hiring decisions
  • Support equitable and structured hiring practices that build diverse, high-performing teams
