About The Position

Achieve is seeking an experienced, strategically minded and AI agile Sr. HR Business Partner to join our team. As the Sr. HR Business Partner for a designated client group within Achieve, you will serve as the dedicated strategic talent champion. Operating in close partnership with the HR Strategic Talent Leader, you will align talent strategies directly with executive priorities, helping these specialized functions scale efficiently and maintain high-performance standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of ten years of increasing HR responsibility.
  • Background includes supporting a wide variety of organizations (sales, operations, shared services) within a high-velocity organizational setting.
  • Demonstrated capacity to pivot from administrative execution to a high-impact advisory role, leveraging pod-based operational support to maintain a rigorous focus on talent strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Financial acumen and ability to understand how Achieve makes money.
  • Ability to translate business strategies into actionable workforce plans.
  • Proactive project management and sharp risk mitigation skills.
  • Ability to build deep, collaborative networks across functions.
  • Wield influence with empathy and possess the fortitude to stand firm on critical precedents.
  • Ability to interpret complex data to tell compelling stories, diagnosing the 'why' behind attrition or performance trends.
  • Ability to architect talent strategies, champion the ARDEvark framework, and drive high-performance coaching, organizational design, and technological adoption.
  • Thrive in the fast-paced fintech landscape with a growth mindset, navigating ambiguity and structural pivots with resilience.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced professional certifications such as PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic talent connector for the assigned client group at Achieve in partnership with the HR Strategic Talent Leader.
  • Partner with Director-and-above leaders to bridge the gap between business strategy and human potential, translating executive priorities into workforce plans that drive scalability and high-performance outcomes.
  • Champion the Assess/Reward/Develop/Engage framework (known internally as project ARDEvark) within your assigned client group organization, embedding it into the cultural fabric.
  • Guide teams through an integrated evolution of assessment, rewards, development, and engagement.
  • Provide expert counsel on team structures, role clarity, and workforce optimization, ensuring teams are built for agility, growth, and long-term operational success.
  • Advise and challenge leaders to build robust talent pipelines and clear career architectures.
  • Drive deep engagement and ensure subject matter experts have the path to reach their full potential.
  • Seamlessly leverage the HR Representative & Leaves Pod to manage tactical operations, maintaining a rigorous focus on forward-looking initiatives.
  • Dedicate capacity to solving complex organizational challenges rather than administrative maintenance.
