As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will leverage your business acumen to lead HR programs and processes for your site(s) and/or region(s). You will consult with leaders on all aspects of people leadership to ensure positive employee/labor relations while supporting business needs and ensuring fair and equitable treatment of employees. You will lead projects, track progress, and drive implementation of key initiatives, while ensuring consistent application of organizational policies and execution of talent strategies. This role supports two sites in Florida (Jacksonville and Miami), with a primary focus on the Jacksonville home site, which is undergoing leadership transition and organizational change. The ideal candidate will be a strong HR partner to drive change initiatives, lead talent assessments, and build leadership capability to strengthen accountability and performance.
